How long we keep information

  • Customer data - We retain customer data for six years from the date of your last purchase.
  • Purchase and transaction records - We retain purchase and transaction records for six years from the date of purchase, as required by HMRC for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Health data - We retain health data for six years from the date of purchase or last interaction with our services, whichever is later.
  • Biological samples and genetic data - Any biological data collected as part of our testing services will be handled in accordance with the Human Tissue Act 2004. Biological samples will be anonymised and destroyed accordingly. Where an external laboratory is used, samples may be retained for varying periods depending on applicable legal requirements and whether a test was successful. We will communicate laboratory-specific retention periods to you at the point of testing.

This data processor does the following activities for us: They process payment transactions on our behalf, handling customer payment card data, billing information, and transaction records as part of our online checkout service.
