Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility for refunds
OneCarbon only accepts returns and issues refunds where products arrive in a faulty or damaged condition. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction with results.

Reporting a faulty product
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@onecarbon.com with the following:

Claims submitted outside this window will not be accepted.

Resolution
Where a valid fault is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund at our discretion. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Non-returnable items
Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return unless faulty on arrival.

Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
