with your order number. We'll process refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Faulty or damaged products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number,
a description of the fault, and photo evidence. We'll offer a replacement or full refund.

The money-back guarantee applies once per customer, to a customer's first order.

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and doesn't affect your statutory rights
